The Conference

It was not just a conference that m gonna write about. It was my first conference! :)

The Google Sales Conference. :) The fun started right from our journey to Hyderabad for the conference. This time, surprisingly, I dint get that giddy feeling in the plane that I get every time! So, I could actually look down and enjoy the Google map-like view of earth! :D

After reaching we all were taken to the Hyd office in a shuttle. There, I embarrassed myself by missing out on one step of the staircase nd almost falling like an idiot nd my stupid slippers over-reacting by making a noise that would attract unwanted attention from people who were almost sure that I'm gonna cry! huh! :-/ But, I just chose to ignore that anything of that sort happened. :P

After that, we went to our hotel. Nd we all went crazy cuz it was a 5-star. So, suddenly we all forgot that we were tired nd started posing for random pics. Even a pencil would make it to a pic with us cuz it was not a simple pencil! :D The first day went on like this.

So, the next day the conference started with a grand opening. The evenings used to be fun. They had the band Parikrama performing on the first day, which I found boring! We had karaoke too. :) I sang with my friends. I didn't know the song but we could read the lyrics on a screen. Nd, nobody seemed to care for the rhythm. :D So, I didn't have to worry much! We all sucked. :D

Also, I had a sip of vodka nd white wine! :D Vodka, I liked but not white wine. :-/ I didn't taste red wine cuz it looked like blood, and beer cuz I didn't like its bottle. I remember having a sip of vodka on the second day nd right after that we had the DJ night with DJ Suketu. Nd I danced like a duck gone wild! I asked experienced people in vodka if it was that sip which made me dance like that. But. it turns out that a single sip can't do enough to make u that crazy! :-o

Those were the 3 days cut very short to include only the important and the fun part. After everything got over, we went back to our hotel in our shuttles with all the drunk people singing songs like "Jaane-jaa dhoondta phir raha hoon tumhe raat din mai yahaan se wahaan". :D Felt good to know that we all were sailing in the same boat afterall. :D
